So many things was testing my patience. Firstly was at WORK. Secondly, was at WORK. Thirdly, in the bus on the way home.

I wont talk about work here. But anyway, i admitted total of 7 patients yesterday.
( sigh, but i am cool :)) ) Was the second day of CNY. So, i guess thats the reason why they get admitted after a festive season..

Since my moodie was partly foul by work, went home straight and blast my music on my earphones. And here i was sitting, this aunty behind me was talking so loudly that even my maximum volume couldnt win over her voice. Seriously. Almost everyone was like staring at her. But she continued. Even i turned around and stared. :x

I actually took a picture of her secretly. Lol. How is that possible?
She alighted the same busstop as me and i decided to snap a picture of her. But now, blame my blogger account for not allowing photos to be downloaded.

Honeslty, i am like so damn tired now. Been working for the past 9 days. I hate 3 morning shifts straight.

on CNY eve, my partner in crime, Liyana and myself went to serangoon road. God! that place was swarming with people can. I took a video and will shar with you guys. You guys will be shock.. serious.

the Best thing was, i bought a punjabi suit to attend for Ani's wedding. Whee.

i think i changed my mind. i dont want to go Redang with pj and gang this march. I wanna go phuket or Indonesia. Chey, as if i am allow to.

And planning dec trip.. :P pls mum and dad. free me a little. emm.. Maybe, di perkarangan asia? At least.. heehe

i am dying to travel.. Seriously! liyana dreams that too!

i watch it ok! hahaha. It was like so late at night. My mum and sisters were soundly asleep. I know la. Most of you would say " aiya, why stay awake till late midnight to watch when got repeat telecast?"

i watched it through my China hp tv.. Dont jealous ar. The Channel so clear some more ok.. :P

Its just so inspiring seeing him rising to the top. I guess fellow citizens of America do lay high hopes on their newly elected president. What makes it more challenging for him, rising up to the power at the time where the world is facing recession. Perhaps the greatest recession. I dont know whether you guys felt the impact of the bad economy but i guess, we are and soon going to face to the music of economy soon..

omg. Tiara Jacquelina and her efiniti gang will be performing the 3rd season of PGLM! But not in Singapore yet. They will be dancing their way through Istana Budaya at Kuala Lumpur on Febuary if I wasnt mistaken.

Hoping that they will come by the lion city to awe us with their breat taking peformances..

i went to Sim Lim Square yesterday with my sister. Was fun! I got to go around the shop and see the faces of the desperate uncles who really wanna make business. Some are nice and some are nasty.. Some will teach you and some will not give you the honest opinion even though they look so convincing..

Thinking that i will be working for 12 days straight, my legs are getting soft.. :P But, let me be optimistic. I am going to have my off day on Sunday. Oh oh.. not this Sunday. But Next Sunday..

MABYE LIFE IS JUST EXACTLY LIKE THE COLOURFUL STAIRCASE.DIFFERENT EXPERIENCE MIGHT BRINGS YOU TO THE DIFFERENT WALKWAYS OF LIFE BUT IN THE END, ITS THE LESSON WE HAVE LEARNT EACH DAYS WHICH MATTERS MOST.. chey.. :P

I had the worst experience on my second night. I performed last office for an uncle at 12 midnight!
reasons being..
a) i seldom perform last office
b) it's freaky since his bed was just by the side of the window! Plus, it was so windy and cold..

Was on dopamine and few intravenous fluids. However when i was there to put up a new drip, one of the family members came to me and pat me on the shoulder

"no need to"

I was like " huh?" and honestly my mouth were like wide opened. Once i realised, i shut that big mouth of mine and said ok to them..

sigh... how sad. I guess they want him to leave in peace.

by then, i noticed...
Oxygen undetectable. ECG: asystole. Pulse undetectable. I think they knew but it was just they want to chant some prayers by his side. How sad. It touched my heart deeply thou.

But i was a little skeptical on doing the delay of performing last office for hime. I was afraid that the body would contract and it would be tougher for us to wear for him the clothes that the family wanted..

luckily, it goes well.

anyone can recommend any restaurants anywhere that serves halal and yummy food. I am sick of the same food always..

So whats been happening to my life now. Was pretty much the same. Ever challenging career. But yeah. I still love my career.

Went prawning recently. Was super fun. Was so excited to have my first ever catch. Jiali, Peijie and myself just cant wait for the next one. But I understand that they are too busy with their studies especially Peijie who is now in the third year. Crucial..

And and.. I had a meet up session with Fiizah, Liya, Sya and Xiao Qiu recenly at Breeks. Mix of combos for the pictures. Prawning session and the meet ups..

i seriously am gonna do a damn thing on it. a time plan so as to make sure that work can run smoothly as possible. seriously. each time when i am in the middle of the day, i would think, yeah, its a smooth day at work. BUT At the end of the shift, of my work, some problems would just pop up from some where.

At last i got to readu up on some books that covers what really my ward specialised on. Surgical procedures and operations. And after one of my poatient was diagnosed with hiatus hernia, i proudly smile to myself because i know what exactly that diagnosis is.

I cant wait for Saturday to come! I wanna my off day! And the best part is, i am going prawning with Yunleng, Peijie, Shijie, Jiali and Siti on Saturday night..

ps: and i think that big shot doesnt really like my way.

they always say. time management is the key to success and i guess, through out my poly life, i have slacken after graduating from my secondary school.

Perhaps i need to review my time management skills as what i am approaching soon in 2009 is much more critical than ever.. "to live or to die" lol. that sounds too serious..

By the way, on the 3rd Jan, i was on afternoon shift and couldnt join the meet up with Su, Fini and Liya. But hey, on the night itself, we had our conversation on the phone and its the longest ever. What can i say, i miss them soooooo much!

You must be wondering how having 4 people talking on the phone. Its call
' conference call'. Dont worry if you have never known about this before. Yea.So, 4 of us on the phone. 4 different places, 4 different stories. 4 ladies. but the same visions. We spoke till 120am. and the next day i need to wake up for work early. Mornig shift.

But the conversation was truly the bestever as we had our heartfelts out after not hearing from each other for a long time.

i am meeting Peijie and Jiali later. Gonna 'vroom' them to bras basah! Whee.

i cant believe that I am having penpals.

three of them were those who were my facebook friends. And I guess some of them may have added you guys too if you are into facebook.

So i had this little chat with these 3 penpals to be. let me name them as A, B and C.

Person A.. His middle name is exactly similar as mine. NADEERA. and in his language, Nadeera means river. Woo.. Sound interesting. We had exchanges facts about each other countries. And here comes the moment of truth. the sad part of our conversation was, he began to said to me that in his country, there are wars everywhere. And the death tolls are rising. He really sounded so depressed. And told me that Singapore is a good country and i do agree. He continued saying that he is a university student. And he continued saying that his mum is working in Singapore but its seems that he will never ever meet his mum ever again. Reason being, his mum have forgotten her own family there and forgotten her 'roots'. When i heard that, i was like super touch. How lucky i am to have my family here with me.

Person B.. he sounded more like a 'exchanging facts' person. Was woking outstation, away from his country. And is in Dubai. Wow. I was like, what, thats the country that Liyana wanted to migrate and work there.. hehe. And i might do that too.. Back to that, he was away from his home land for 4 years. Pretty long ar. Yeah. So he was exchanging facts about his working life. And was asking more about Singapore. Wow. I feel like i am a tourist guide. hehehe. Was quite fun having to promote the lion ccity to people out there.

Person C. He sounded like a 'ti ko pek' err. lol. dont ask me why. And fyi, he doesnt said anything rude but i just think he looks like a ti ko pek. lol.

Overall, i love my homeland.. Singapore.. I am lucky. Thank God!

Happy new year peeps!

Ok. the bad thing was. On new year eve, i was on afternoon ahift and on the new year day itself, i was on morning shift.

The good thing is... MORE PAY! woohoo. Oh God, i cant wait for my off day.

Today work was pretty fine. I can even find the time to sit down and chat with my colleagues. And, i did bed sponging with Syahidah. So darn lucky that i can help her out with those essential bedside nursing care. Yippee! And, i only admitted one patient during my time. THANK GOD! I jokingly told Gny, that aunty must be admitted after attending the countdown party..hehehe..

You know, i often , and am hearing so many of that F*** words all around which is so unhealthy for me. I am serious. It seems that my working colleagues love this word so much. Oh, i wouldnt wish to start a bad habit.

After my work which was on new years eve, i messaged every single people who was on my contact list like those happy new year wishes. And and and. If you doesnt receive those wishes, too bad. fyi, i lost most of the numbers after having my phone repair at the Nokia service. And and, i think my phone is reali sick. I mean, its like. it will shut down by itself more often.

Back to the new years eve story..

Did received an sms from Peijie of going out for a drink for the countdown.

Then, i went back home and indulge myself on the superly delicious McDonald's treats. Yeah. I did call for the delivery at 1130pm and it only arrived at 1240am!But, i got to eat my mc spicy!

Let me tell ya..

At last i bought my handphone which is made in China and i called it China handphone. You guys must be thinking, huh, what the heck. Yeah. But its cool! I can watch tv on that handphone. Woohoo. Mp3, camera, video and tv. And also it does function as a handphone. Cool right!


alrighty. thats all. i better get enough sleep for tomorrow.. :))
