Was Sunday yesterday and I was working on the morning shift. I think I lost track of the days at times. I was suppose to meet PJ, Jiali at AMK but was too tired. So I told them, meet me somewhere around my house and we shall head to Downtown east chalet together.
Nutzzz 21st birthday was a blast despite of the small group. :))
We gave her a swatch watch. With pink swarovski cystals on it. And I am sure she's gonna love it. Plus a big birthday card, a pendant and necklace from perlini's silver :))
Ang and Shijie absence were felt. Wish they were there too..

what makes me the happiest girl on earth...
when my off day falls on the day that my dad is also not working. that is one particular thing that I will never trade in with anything. the time with my family. Today my dad applied leave so he's at home. :))

i was telling myself. Since I can find the time to work out, going out with friends having funs during my off days, why not I find some time to allow myself to go to the mosque. Its time that I plan for this mind and soul of mine to be filled too. Spiritual needs are also needed for me to balance my life.

i think working on the treadmill is cool. And now each time when I am running, I imagine myself running on the treadmill. Whee. And i guess i am getting better as a runner after few times on treadmills. Trust me. I can be the worst runner you can ever meet. HEEHE. I so hate running for 2.4km during schools days. Having to set my mind that i have to 'DIE DIE' pass the 2.4km run or I will have to repeat the whole process. So i ended up not enjoying that running session. So I prefer to run at my own pace and own timing as long I sweat it out.

And the best person that motivates me to focus and attain that certain level of stamina while working out would be my sister, Shameera. She's just wow. The moment she works out, she's better than me. Her stamina is definately way far better than mine.

Ok. Lets drop that topic.

Today is suppose to be my sleeping day. Have been doing 3 days of night shifts. Was tiring. But I love the peaceful moments at night except if there's any crisis.

Despite of the sleeping day that I got today which I am suppose to be landing on my cozy bed, I got a plan with Malini. To watch movie later after her work officially ends. She's suppose to attend to the ward meeting before home.

So whats the movie?? Ermmm.. let me see..

Tomorrow, I will be meeting Peijie to sweat it out doing work outs. :)) Whee..

( sigh) my wish at the moment: Su, Fini and Liya able to make it for tomorrow.

work is tough. tougher then you peple can imagine. TOUGH. :))

But the most important thing is: I wanna FOCUS.




let me say this. A ward will never survive without the clerks. Or what they call, the PSA.Patient Service Associates. Why I mentioned this? I went through 2 days of training as the PSA. And let me share this. At times, situations can be worst than you can imagine. So many things that they are handling. Gosh. Countless. So nurses out there. please appreciate them.



Happy birthday Shuxian! I travelled all the way to Boon Lay to come for her birthday party and gosh, the journey back home was so FAR! But, for a dear friend. :)) Aww. So touching right. Anyway, her 2 sisters look similar. just like her. And the best thing was, Jonathan was there too. He is BOTAK! Suhailah had something n, so couldnt make it..

Fiona was on night shift. :( Couldnt talk much with her. So she went to this party before heading to work. And Jonathan went back with her. :P

Me: Surgical, orthopedic and medical oncology nurse.practising surgical and ortho but not medical oncology yet. I have not even pass my IV. Then how you expect me to give chemotherapy drugs.

Lijia: Cardio and Respiration Nurse ( I so admire her, she is going to be damn good in resusitation drugs i tell you! And in a few years, she is going to be an expert to interprate the ECG readings)

Shuxian: Emergency nurse. ( I have yet to hear stories from her. hehe.)

Yiping: Geriatric nurse ( her ward is SUPER busy and at times, i just admire this lady who is smart in handling problems and able to overcome it. You go Yiping. )

Yesterday went for a shopping spree at MUSTAFA with Liyana. I bought a marvel comic and a DC comic. Spiderman and Superman. Super excited can. And she really bought few number of things. example, PAPADUM.hahaha. she is missing her hometown in India badly :P

Anyway, my feets are smelling so badly nowadays. lol..

And,I am on night shift next week. oh oh..

And Peijie, I am always there for you. Dont be stress with Projects. We will chill soon k :))
